Our staff has worked for and with the major insurance carriers, providing us with a comprehensive understanding of insurance operations from both the carrier and consumer perspectives. We have staff licensed in Nevada as a Property and Casualty Public Adjuster, we work with insurance agencies and consumers alike. Our services include consulting and training agency teams on best practices in sales, customer service, and claims handling, as well as guiding homeowners and landlords through the insurance process. We also offer claims management services and reviews on open and closed claims previously denied by insurance companies with overall success of recovering money due to our clients. We are able to work with attorneys as expert witnesses using our expertise and knowledge in claims related cases.
